As a member of Spencer Baptist Church for over forty years, Jim served in many capacities, He taught Adult Sunday School for 25 years, was a former deacon, as well as chairman. Jim was a cum laude graduate of NC State University and was the owner and operator of an interior design business, Robbins Paint and Carpet for 44 years. He also leaves behind his first cousins Grace and Sophie Robbins and Elizabeth Rose and Emelia Fortunato as well as his many second and third cousins.
