Medevac acft crashed and burned at Salt Lake City International Airport at approx 2146 hours on the Army's portion of the airport's west ramp. A/C exploded and crashed near Wicksburg while on a training flight from Ft Rucker. A/C went IMC after climbing into clouds for unknown reasons and pilot made mayday call indicating that A/C was spinning.
